Move GCP project to Firebase

Current Technology Stack & Migration Plan - Native Mobile Apps: Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) - Web App: React Native - Backend/Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Database: MongoDB Since this is currently an MVP, the existing GCP and MongoDB infrastructure is creating unnecessary ongoing server and database maintenance costs. Proposed Approach We would like to simplify the architecture and reduce infrastructure costs by: - Migrating from MongoDB to Firebase Cloud Firestore - Moving away from dedicated GCP infrastructure - Using Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Hosting where appropriate - Maintaining the existing Swift and Kotlin mobile applications and React-based web application - Minimizing backend infrastructure and operational maintenance Firebase's Spark plan currently provides no-cost quotas. The goal is to create a simpler, lower-cost MVP infrastructure that can scale to a more robust architecture once the product gains users and traction.
