WHAT THIS IS I need a production build of one consumer insurance landing page plus five legal pages. The design, UX, copy and technical requirements are already finished and documented. This is an execution project, not a design engagement. You'll receive a complete working HTML reference build and a detailed written specification. The reference build is the requirement - match it. Where you disagree with something in it, raise it with me before changing it rather than deciding on your own. I would rather hear the objection than find a substitution at review. I'm a marketing executive with 18 years in regulated industries. I know what I want the page to do. I need someone who can build it properly. SCOPE - One landing page, built to match the supplied reference build - Five static legal pages - Multi-step form: five steps, card-select answers, validation, a calculated estimate display - All copy in a single typed content module I can edit myself in GitHub - no hardcoded strings - An MDX article route (/guides/[slug]) plus one placeholder article, so I can publish content later without a developer - Mobile-first, 320px to 1440px - Deployment to Vercel, repo in my GitHub organisation - Brief handover documentation NOT IN SCOPE: CMS, theme, page builder, blog content, chat widget, A/B testing platform, admin area. Proposals that include these will not be considered - this page needs to load in under two seconds on a five-year-old Android, and a CMS buys me nothing here. STACK Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind, Vercel, GitHub. I'm open to a reasoned argument for something else. I'm not open to WordPress, Webflow, or a theme. QUALITY BAR - these are acceptance criteria, not preferences - Lighthouse mobile: Performance 90+, Accessibility 100, Best Practices 95+ - axe DevTools: zero critical or serious issues, report handed over - WCAG 2.2 AA. The audience is aged 50-85, so this genuinely matters - 21px body text, 56px minimum tap targets, full keyboard operability - LCP under 2.0s on throttled 4G - No horizontal scroll at any width from 320px up - Headline, both first-step form fields and the primary button visible without scrolling on desktop and mobile. This is already solved in the reference build FOLLOW-ON WORK Immediately after this I have a second fixed-price contract of similar size covering a server-side lead-post endpoint, call-tracking integration, GTM/GA4 and server-side conversion tracking. I'd prefer to award it to whoever does this build well. I'm not promising years of work - I'm telling you there is a specific, funded, near-term second contract. BUDGET AND TIMELINE Fixed price, $2,000-3,000, paid across three milestones tied to the acceptance criteria above. Target is two weeks from kickoff. Tell me your price and your timeline, and if you think either of my numbers is wrong, say so and why. TERMS All code and IP assigned to my company. Work happens in my GitHub organisation from day one. No subcontracting without written approval - I want to work with the person I hire. The full specification and reference build go to shortlisted candidates. Please answer the screening questions below. I read them before I read anything else, and a proposal without them doesn't get reviewed.
