Optimize MATLAB/GAMS Code for Bus Fleet

I have written a MATLAB code for the optimization of a battery swapping station (BSS) for a bus fleet for scheduling its charging to minimize its cost. I have made the same code on GAMS also. This code is for a 24 hour period and for 11 buses and 4 batteries on the BSS... (Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500 INR, Jobs: Algorithm, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Matlab and Mathematica)
