Summary We run a multi-location restaurant brand with an existing online ordering app and want it properly integrated with our in-store POS terminals (Toast/Square) and a loyalty/rewards program. We already have our UI/UX handled — what we need is an expert technical audit of our current setup and a concrete integration architecture for syncing orders, payments, and loyalty logic with our POS. We need someone who's actually built these integrations before and can tell us what's realistic versus what sounds nice on paper. Deliverables Technical Audit Report: Assessment of our current ordering architecture and POS setup, with gaps and risks for real-time sync clearly flagged. POS & Loyalty Integration Architecture: A detailed technical plan/diagram for syncing orders, payments, and loyalty logic with Toast/Square. Recommendations & Roadmap: A prioritized technical roadmap with realistic effort/timeline estimates for implementation. Handover Call: A short session to walk us through the findings and answer questions. Freelancer requirements Proven experience auditing or architecting POS integrations for restaurant/FoodTech platforms. Strong backend/API integration knowledge (Node.js, REST APIs, Toast/Square API). Ability to produce clear technical documentation and realistic estimates for non-technical stakeholders.
