PowerMatch MVP – Preliminary Development Estimate

Project Description PowerMatch is a web-based platform designed to help manage partnerships between sports organizations, athletes and brand partners. We have completed a detailed 15-page MVP Product Brief covering the main workflows, dashboards, user roles and permissions, partnership agreements, deliverables, proof submission and approval processes. At this stage, we are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to review the Product Brief and provide a preliminary development estimate, including: • Estimated development cost • Approximate development hours • Estimated timeline • Recommended technical architecture and technologies • Main assumptions or exclusions • Suggestions for simplifying the initial MVP while keeping the platform scalable for future phases Future phases may include marketplace functionality, advanced athlete profiles, integrations and mobile capabilities, but these are not part of the initial MVP development estimate. This is currently a planning and budgeting exercise. The estimate will help us determine the appropriate scope and financing required before moving into development. The complete Product Brief will be provided for review.
