Replicate Design Into Portfolio Website

I already have pixel–perfect desktop mock-ups (will need help building mobile mockup though) for our new IT & consumer-electronics portfolio site; now I just need someone who can turn those screens into a fully working, responsive website that looks and behaves exactly as designed...
