Russian-speaking Full-Stack Dev: customize Twenty CRM + open-source ERP with AI

We have an AI-powered business system built on the open-source Twenty CRM (self-hosted, unmodified core, our features connected via API). We need a russian speaking developer to extend it and also add warehouse/accounting functionality using a free, self-hosted open-source ERP. Tasks: Build and maintain custom modules connected to Twenty via API Integrate AI: call transcription, auto-summaries into CRM, reminders (Telegram) Connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Set up and adapt an open-source ERP (ERPNext, Odoo Community or similar) and sync it with the CRM Requirements: 3+ years full-stack: TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, React, PostgreSQL, GraphQL Experience with LLM APIs in production Python is a big plus (for ERP) In your proposal, answer: Which open-source ERP would you choose for this and why?
