Senior AI Developer Needed — Build Custom Script-to-Video Ad Generator with Conversational AI Editor

We're an established, high-volume DTC e-commerce company looking for an exceptional AI developer to build a custom, automated video ad production platform. Our goal is simple: We paste a completed 1–5 minute advertising script into a tool, select a video style, click Generate, and receive a fully produced, professional-quality video ad ready to run on Meta. Think high-performing V-Shred or Dr. Gundry-style direct-response video ads. We don't want basic AI slideshows or generic AI-generated videos. We want highly engaging, professionally edited ads with rapid visual changes, animated text, sound effects, music, and compelling visuals. Ideally, the entire process is automated, with minimal human intervention. 1. Multiple Video Formats We want the ability to select from several video production styles, including: Direct-Response VSLs: Fast-paced editing, B-roll, animated captions, kinetic typography, visual pattern interrupts, and frequent scene changes. AI Talking Heads: Realistic AI presenters, doctors, experts, or spokespersons. AI UGC: Realistic AI-generated creators delivering natural, authentic-looking content. AI Animation: Animated characters, scenes, and educational explanations. AI Song Ads: Original AI-generated songs with synchronized visuals, lyrics, and editing. AI Drama Ads: Narrative-driven ads with realistic AI actors, dialogue, and multiple scenes. Comic Book Animation: Illustrated storytelling with animated panels and transitions. Vector Animation: Clean 2D motion graphics and animated illustrations. Claymation: Stop-motion-style animated characters and environments. We also want the ability to combine different styles within a single video. 2. Fully Automated Production The system should automatically: Analyze the script and break it into scenes. Determine appropriate visuals for each section. Generate or source video footage and images. Generate natural-sounding voiceovers. Create realistic AI characters and maintain visual consistency. Add animated captions, text overlays, and kinetic typography. Incorporate music, sound effects, and transitions. Synchronize visuals with the voiceover. Assemble and render the complete video. Export finished videos optimized for Meta advertising. The output should be a finished video ad, not raw clips that require manual editing. 3. Conversational AI Editing (Extremely Important) After generating the video, we want to make changes simply by chatting with an AI assistant. For example: "Make the first 10 seconds more engaging with faster cuts and more aggressive text animations." "Replace the footage at 1:20 with a 3D animation explaining the ingredient." "Change the spokesperson to a middle-aged female veterinarian." "Make this section look like a comic book animation." "Add more visual pattern interrupts throughout the video." The AI should understand these instructions and automatically modify the relevant portions of the video. Ideally, individual scenes can be edited without regenerating the entire video. 4. Technical Experience We're looking for a developer with experience in several of the following: Generative AI video models (Veo, Kling, Runway, etc.). ComfyUI and custom generative AI workflows. LLM agents and natural-language interfaces. Python and API integrations. Remotion, FFmpeg, or programmatic video editing. AI voice generation and lip synchronization.
