Senior AI Product Engineer: LLM Integration, Conversational Analytics & UX (Angular / Python)

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Engineer / Senior Full-Stack Developer to help us integrate advanced AI functionality into an existing SaaS platform for digital application management and survey analytics. Our platform already includes interactive statistical dashboards built with Angular, TypeScript, and Highcharts, as well as an initial integration with a cloud-hosted Large Language Model (LLM). Our next goal is to transform these dashboards into interactive, AI-powered analytics environments where users can explore statistical results, receive automated interpretations, and interact with their data through natural-language conversations. We are looking for someone who can contribute not only to the technical implementation but also to the UX and interaction design of these new features. Key Responsibilities: Develop AI-powered interpretations and summaries of statistical charts and survey results. Implement conversational analytics, allowing users to ask questions about their data. Connect LLMs to structured datasets, dashboard filters, and Highcharts visualizations. Ensure AI-generated interpretations automatically reflect changes in filters, time periods, and selected data. Design intuitive user interactions, including AI panels, contextual actions, and chat interfaces. Extend AI functionality to application processing, including automated summaries of submitted applications. Integrate solutions into our existing SaaS architecture, working alongside our development team. Required Skills We are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrable professional experience in: LLM Engineering: Production-level LLM integrations, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and AI orchestration. Full-Stack Development: Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, Python, backend APIs, and modern SaaS architectures. Data Analytics: Solid understanding of statistics, data aggregation, filtering, and interpreting quantitative results. UX / Interaction Design: Proven ability to design and implement intuitive, interactive interfaces for complex applications. AI Reliability: Experience with data-grounded AI responses, evaluation, and preventing misleading or hallucinated interpretations. Experience with Highcharts, conversational BI, Docker/Kubernetes, and privacy-sensitive applications is a strong advantage. What We Expect: We are not looking for someone who has only experimented with ChatGPT APIs or built simple AI chatbots. We need an experienced developer who has successfully delivered AI-powered features in production applications and can demonstrate relevant projects, technical expertise, and UX capabilities.
