Senior Full Stack Developer

What You'll Do Build frontend features for the dynamic dashboard — fetching available products from the Product Catalog Service and rendering the right cards/flows per customer, instead of hardcoded product lists Implement onboarding UI flows (phone verification, KYC, document upload, employer verification) as reusable components that can be composed differently per product Build and maintain backend endpoints for the Customer Service, Product Catalog Service, and Onboarding Service Integrate the frontend with Amazon Cognito for authentication, handling JWT-based sessions and role/product claims Write API integrations against API Gateway, and work with the platform team to consume events off EventBridge/SQS where relevant to the frontend (e.g., product activation status) Work with MongoDB (Atlas) to read/write data for the services you own, respecting service boundaries — no reaching into another product's database Fix bugs and ship incremental improvements to existing product surfaces (Bill Pay, Travel, Spend Tracking, Early Wage) as they get migrated onto the new platform Write tests and help keep the codebase maintainable as more products get added What We're Looking For 5+ years of full stack development experience, comfortable owning a feature from UI to database Solid experience with React and a modern JS/TS backend (Node.js or similar) Experience working with MongoDB or another document database Experience consuming REST APIs and, ideally, some exposure to event-driven systems (message queues, pub/sub) even if not deeply Comfortable working in an AWS environment (doesn't need to be deep AWS expertise — familiarity with API Gateway, S3, Cognito, or similar is a plus) Product sense — you can take "let the dashboard only show products the customer has access to" and actually build it end to end Comfortable in a fast-moving fintech environment where correctness around customer/KYC data matters
