Senior Full-Stack Flutter Developer for Ongoing Maintenance & Feature Development

We're looking for a long-term development partner to help maintain and enhance RopeDocs, our production-ready safety documentation platform for the rope access and work-at-height industries. This role includes ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, feature development, and occasional urgent support across our Flutter mobile app, React web applications, and Node.js/Firebase backend. Work is provided on an as-needed basis, with an estimated workload of 5–10 hours per week initially and opportunities for additional hours as the platform grows.
