Senior Machine Learning Engineer | Backend Engineering Expertise

We are seeking a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer who can operate confidently at the intersection of advanced technology and international business. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role involving frequent technical conversations, interviews, and meetings with clients and external partners. The successful candidate should be able to communicate complex technical ideas with exceptional clarity, fluency, and confidence in spoken English, and participate naturally and effectively in fast-paced, real-time professional discussions. This is not simply a technical position. We are looking for a senior engineer who can combine deep expertise in Machine Learning and Backend Development with the communication skills needed to engage directly with international clients, partners, and stakeholders. What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world business applications. - Build scalable backend services and infrastructure supporting AI and ML products. - Develop and optimize production-grade systems using modern cloud and container technologies. - Work with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. - Develop high-quality software using Python, Go, and .NET. - Design and maintain cloud-native environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. - Participate in technical discussions, client meetings, interviews, and solution presentations. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with engineers, clients, product teams, and external partners. - Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices. What We're Looking For: We are looking for a senior-level professional with a strong combination of Machine Learning expertise and Backend Engineering experience, with 10+ years of combined professional experience, including substantial hands-on experience in both areas. The ideal candidate will have: - 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or related engineering roles. - 5+ years of professional experience in Backend or Software Engineering. - Strong programming experience with Python, along with experience in Go and/or .NET. - Practical experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow. - Strong experience building scalable, production-ready software systems. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. - A solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and backend development. - The ability to communicate sophisticated technical ideas with a high degree of fluency, clarity, and professionalism in spoken English. - Confidence participating in live discussions and representing technical solutions in meetings with international clients and partners.
