Senior React/Python/FastAPI Developer | Long-Term Team Engagement

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong React, Python, and FastAPI experience to join our development team and work directly with several of our customer teams. This is a hands-on development role for an independent freelancer who is comfortable collaborating with a distributed engineering team and working primarily during U.S. business hours. What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of professional software development experience - Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and React.js - Strong experience building RESTful APIs with Python and FastAPI - Ability to build responsive, dynamic web applications using React.js - Experience with cloud-native Microsoft Azure services, particularly: Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus Queues, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory - Experience working with data-driven applications and modern cloud architectures - Comfortable collaborating through daily standups and working alongside a larger engineering team - Fluent professional English communication is required Project Overview CSTL Digital is working on a Modern Sales initiative designed to improve and transform its sales processes through better use of data, analytics, and internal tools. The engineering team is building data-focused services and data pods that make more customer information available for customized offerings, analytics, and sales workflows. You’ll work alongside 10+ developers during the onboarding and development process, so strong communication and team collaboration are important.
