Trading Application for Relative Strength

Hello, I need a dashboard like application that shows me hot stocks and cold stocks dependent on the ES or NQ futures. E.g Nasdaq is down 0.5% in Asia, London or New York session - but Apple is up 0.5% - this is considered relative strength, and from a relevance point of view, the market is agreeing that fair value is higher than actual entire market performance. I want this dashboard to be linked to real time data in pre-market (I will pay for all connection and relevant data sets I just need to know where I should best pull real time data from) I have more needs for this dashboard application and will share more if interested
