WooCommerce Developer Needed to Complete Custom Delivery & Checkout Logic

We are looking for an experienced WooCommerce developer to complete and finalize an e-commerce delivery and checkout system that was previously started but left unfinished. Budget: $100 fixed price. This budget is firm and we will not go above $100. Please only apply if you can complete the full scope within this budget. The core work involves configuring, correcting, and thoroughly testing custom delivery logic so customers are charged the correct delivery fee based on product type, delivery distance, quantity, and delivery restrictions. Delivery Pricing Requirements For curbside loader deliveries, including sod pallets and paver pallets: • 0 to 5 miles: $150 • 6 to 10 miles: $200 • 11 to 15 miles: $250 • 16 to 30 miles: $300 • Beyond 30 miles: $300 plus $5 for each additional mile Additional requirements: • Deliveries available Monday through Friday • No same-day delivery • Maximum of 18 sod pallets per delivery For bulk material deliveries: • 0 to 5 miles: $50 • 6 to 11 miles: $60 • Beyond the applicable base range: additional $5 per mile Bulk delivery pricing should only apply to qualifying products, such as products sold by the yard or half-yard. Required Functionality The completed system must: • Automatically calculate delivery distance based on the customer's delivery address • Automatically recalculate delivery fees when the address changes • Display the correct delivery distance, rate, and description during checkout • Apply the correct shipping class and delivery pricing based on product type • Prevent incorrect shipping classes from being applied • Limit mulch deliveries to a maximum of 20 yards per delivery • Enforce truck capacity and quantity restrictions • Prevent products requiring separate truckloads from being combined in one delivery • Require separate orders when products cannot be transported together, such as rock and mulch • Restrict each order to one delivery address • Correctly calculate additional mileage charges beyond established delivery zones • Recalculate delivery pricing when products, quantities, or addresses change • Validate delivery addresses • Restrict applicable delivery addresses to Florida • Fully test different products, quantities, addresses, mileage ranges, and cart combinations What We Need We are looking for someone experienced with: • WooCommerce • Custom shipping and delivery logic • WooCommerce shipping classes • Distance-based pricing • Google Maps or similar distance/address APIs • PHP and WooCommerce hooks • Cart and checkout validation • Custom quantity and product-combination restrictions The existing implementation should be reviewed first, then corrected or replaced where necessary. The goal is a reliable checkout system that automatically enforces the required delivery pricing, mileage, capacity, product, and fulfillment rules without manual intervention.
