WordPress Website Rebuild

We need a developer to rebuild and copy an existing website into WordPress. The work includes recreating the current layout, structure, and key pages, while ensuring the final site is clean, functional, and easy to manage. You should be comfortable translating an existing design into a WordPress build and helping deliver a reliable site that matches the original closely. Please share relevant examples of similar rebuild or migration projects. The website which we own, we are unable to move or access any of the files as its a temaplte on an existing hosting provider, but you will be required to copy content and match as close as possible.
