WordPress Website Redesign for Law Practice

I’m the founder of a solo estate planning law practice in New York and need to replace my current brochure-style website, which has broken links and no longer reflects my practice. I’m looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to take this project from kickoff to launch in three weeks. This is not a custom build from scratch.
