WordPress/WooCommerce Maintenance Support

We need reliable, ongoing maintenance support for our WordPress/WooCommerce website, tatlife.com. This is an interim role — our site is being migrated to a new platform over the coming months, and we need this current site kept stable, secure, and running smoothly until that transition is complete. We strongly prefer an agency or team (over a solo freelancer) so that emergency issues — like the site going down — can be responded to quickly, including outside normal business hours. If you're a solo freelancer with a backup/coverage plan for emergencies, please explain that in your proposal. What You'll Be Doing ● Updating WordPress core, theme, and plugins, and testing for conflicts ● Responding to and fixing outages, white screens, broken checkout, or other critical issues ● Managing hosting/server basics: backups, SSL renewal, DNS/domain settings ● Running periodic security/malware scans and managing spam/login protection ● Troubleshooting WooCommerce checkout and order issues, including occasional payment-sync problems with our booking plugin (Amelia) ● Fixing minor technical issues: broken links, layout glitches, video embeds This is maintenance only — no new feature builds or design work needed. What We're Looking For ● Proven experience maintaining live WordPress/WooCommerce sites ● Clear communication about response times for urgent issues (please state your typical turnaround for a "site is down" scenario) ● Comfortable with a short-term/transitional engagement (we'll give reasonable notice before ending the contract once our new site launches) ● Agencies: please note your team size and how after-hours coverage works To Apply, Please Include 1.
