360 Leadership Feedback Module Integration

We need a 360° feedback module built inside our existing leadership coaching platform. It will run on a proprietary 45-item leadership questionnaire and must be live with real clients within 3 weeks. The platform already handles organisations, user invites and reminders, PDF reports and AI coaching, so you'll be extending what's there rather than building from scratch. What we need built (MVP) • Leader self-assessment on a fixed 45-item questionnaire with a rating scale and rater groups (e.g. manager, peers, direct reports) • Rater invites and automated reminders, using the platform's existing email features • Mobile-friendly rater survey. Raters answer in their phone browser with no login or app. • Anonymity thresholds so individual rater responses can't be identified • Scoring by competency and rater group, including self vs others comparison • Individual report on screen and as a branded PDF • Admin view within the platform to set up participants, track completion and resend invites • Privacy controls. Only the leader sees their report by default, with an option to share it with a coach or manager. Nice to have (later phase, quote separately) • AI debrief grounded in the scores, connected to the platform's existing AI coaching • 30/60/90-day development plan • Client branding and custom report sections • Team and organisation-level dashboards • 6-month re-run and pulse check-ins Timeline • Working build for a pilot group within 2 weeks • Live for clients by the end of week 3 • We'll provide the full questionnaire, scale, rater groups and scoring rules, plus codebase access and a technical walkthrough, on day one. About you • Proven experience building survey, assessment or 360° feedback tools (please share examples) • Comfortable working in an existing codebase and following its conventions • Comfortable with secure handling of personal data and anonymity logic • Able to start immediately and give daily progress updates • Overlap with Australian business hours (AEST) preferred • Willing to sign an NDA before codebase access To apply, tell us: 1.
