Description: Looking for a Python/Data Engineer who has access to an official University Institutional Network or Elsevier TDM API (elsapy). We have a list of DOIs (~60k) from Elsevier (ScienceDirect). Need assistance fetching/downloading full-text PDFs or XMLs using the TDM API endpoints. Requirements: - Access to US/EU University library IP / VPN or official Elsevier TDM API entitlement key. - Experience with Python (elsapy, requests, async). - Deliverables: PDF files organized by DOI in cloud storage (Google Drive / S3).
