Job Description:
“I have a completed KiCad PCB design with Gerber files ready for manufacturing. I need one small modification added before sending to manufacturer.
I need a 2-pin round barrel connector footprint added to the existing PCB layout. This connector is the output interface that plugs into Wahl cordless hair clipper charging ports.
Connector specifications:
— 2 pin round barrel style
— Pin diameter: 6.35mm (1/4 inch)
— Pin spacing center to center: 9.525mm (3/8 inch)
— Housing outer diameter: 15.875mm (5/8 inch)
— Through hole or PCB mount
— Must handle minimum 2A continuous current
Files I will provide:
— Complete KiCad project files
— Gerber ZIP file
— BOM CSV with LCSC part numbers
— Component placement CSV
Deliverables needed:
