We need an engineer to build Ask Me Anything — a full-screen, 24/7 AI Employee for HVAC businesses (not a chat widget). It answers only from an approved knowledge base, educates visitors, and turns every conversation into a complete lead card for the human team. The build needs to be foundational, where we have the structure in place to easily add on other industries. We do not want to customize builds for each one if we have the core structure built.
