AI Automation Assistant

Job Title: AI Automation Specialist – Vehicle Rental Business I run K.A Rentals Ltd, a UK vehicle rental business, and need a freelancer to build an AI assistant that monitors my fleet and automatically reminds me of upcoming tasks and compliance deadlines. We currently use Fleetworks, DocuSign, Excel spreadsheets and reminders. I want these connected wherever possible to reduce manual checks and missed deadlines. Main requirements: * Monitor whether vehicles show as insured (“green”) on the Motor Insurance Database (MID), using an authorised method where available, and flag missing or unverified status. * Track MOT, road tax, insurance renewals, servicing and other relevant vehicle compliance dates. * Send advance reminders and urgent alerts through WhatsApp, email or SMS. * Flag missing documents, unsigned DocuSign agreements and overdue tasks. * Provide a simple dashboard showing each vehicle’s status, upcoming deadlines and outstanding actions. * Escalate unresolved issues and keep a record of checks and reminders. Ideal freelancer: Experience with AI assistants, workflow automation, APIs and tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n. Experience with UK fleet or vehicle rental systems would be helpful. Deliverables: A working, tested system, straightforward setup instructions and a handover session. The system must protect customer data and clearly flag failed checks.
