AI Automation Engineer for Internal Systems & Workflow Automation

We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help us automate our internal business processes, documentation workflows, lead follow-ups, and messaging. The goal is to reduce repetitive manual work and build reliable systems that keep our team organized and responsive. You’ll design and implement automations for lead management and follow-up pipelines, including lead tracking, follow-up scheduling, personalized message generation, status updates, reminders, and automated communication across our internal workflows. You’ll also help structure and automate internal documentation so information is consistently captured, organized, and easy to access. We’re open to using n8n or custom scripts, depending on the workflow and scalability requirements. You should be comfortable integrating APIs, CRMs, spreadsheets/databases, email and messaging platforms, and AI services such as LLMs. Experience with webhooks, automation platforms, Python/JavaScript, and building reliable error-handling and logging is highly preferred. We’re looking for someone who can understand business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and build practical solutions with minimal supervision.
