AI Based File Compare Tool

I need help with creating a web AI based tool that replicates an excel based tool we have. Is this something you can build? If not, I will post it on Upwork. Summary I own an excel tool that compares 2 excel/csv files. I am looking for help to build an AI Based tool that compares 2 files with similar columns. Screen 1- Upload 3 Files:- File A- Legacy File File B- Target File File C(Optional Upload)- Mapping file. Sample screen(Do not use the same) As soon as both the files are uploaded, the tool will do some initial counts in both the files. It will also use AI to do a column header match between the two sheets on the mapping screen. As an example, first_name in file A will match to First Name in file B as AI will be able to make that determination. The tool’s AI engine will make a first pass of matching all the columns in File A to corresponding columns in File B. The end user can validate and update(if needed) these mappings. The first column in both the sheets is the primary key to make it easy for the tool to use this data. The tool should be also be able to create an override Primary key which could be a combination of 1, 2, 3, 4 columns… in the mapping sheet. Sample Mapping screen(Not Actual) The tool should be able to also consume a mapping sheet that has source to target mappings and will be included in the mapping screen of the tool. Once the mapping is done, we can run the compare and the tool will populate 2 screens:- All Match and Unmatched Values- Side by Side comparison of all the values which can be downloaded into excel. Any mismatches should be highlighted in red in both screen and downloaded excel. All Unmatched Values- Same as above but only the rows that has a mismatched value.
