AI Bot for Kalshi Trading

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a web-based automated trading bot for Kalshi prediction markets, focused primarily on short-duration 15-minute crypto and commodity markets. The goal is to create a simple platform where I can build automated trading strategies using configurable rules, run those strategies continuously across eligible markets, test them in paper trading mode, and eventually enable live trading through the Kalshi API. I am not looking for a simple script. I want a clean, reliable trading dashboard where strategies can be created, turned on/off, monitored, and adjusted without modifying code. Experience with Kalshi APIs, algorithmic trading, WebSockets/live market data, crypto price feeds, automated order execution, and risk management would be highly preferred.
