AI Data & Model Quality Specialist | Remote | $15–$20/hour

As our projects continue to grow, we're looking for detail-oriented individuals with experience in AI data workflows, model evaluation, and AI quality assessment to join our team. We're particularly interested in people who have previously contributed to AI development projects, understand how AI models are evaluated, and can deliver accurate, high-quality results. What You'll Be Working On Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include: Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy and quality. Helping improve AI models through structured feedback and human evaluation. Creating and refining prompts to assess AI capabilities. Reviewing, labeling, and categorizing datasets. Identifying incorrect, misleading, or inconsistent AI-generated information. Comparing AI-generated outputs and determining which responses provide better results. Following project guidelines and maintaining consistent quality standards. Supporting AI training, data evaluation, and quality assurance workflows. What We're Looking For Previous experience in AI-related projects, particularly AI training, data annotation, or model evaluation. Understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work and how their outputs are evaluated. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to understand complex instructions and apply evaluation criteria consistently. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Native-level English proficiency. Relevant Experience Experience working with AI development and evaluation platforms is highly valuable. For example, candidates who have previously contributed to projects through platforms such as: Outlier Handshake AI Alignerr DataAnnotation Remotasks Similar AI training and evaluation platforms may already have experience with many of the workflows used in our projects. If you've worked on these platforms or participated in similar AI initiatives, your experience could be directly transferable to our team's work. You don't need to have experience with every platform. We're interested in the actual skills and experience you've developed through previous AI projects.
