AI / Full-Stack Developer – Property Technology Platform

We are looking for an experienced AI / Full-Stack Developer to help us build an initial prototype for a property technology platform in the Philippines. Our long-term vision is to centralise real estate listings and use AI to provide property search, pricing comparisons and investment insights. For now, we want to start small, test the concept and build on it gradually. Initial Prototype: - Create a simple database of property listings. - Explore automated collection of property data from available sources. - Build a basic property search and filtering interface. - Experiment with AI-powered property recommendations and price comparisons. Preferred Skills: - AI integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.). - Python, React/Next.js or similar. - Web scraping, APIs and data automation. - Database development. What We're Looking For: A practical developer who can help us quickly build a simple, cost-effective proof of concept using existing tools wherever possible. If the initial prototype is successful, there is potential for ongoing development and a much larger project.
