AI Integration & Automation Consultant for E-commerce and CRM

We are looking for an AI Integration & Automation Consultant to help us identify, design, and gradually implement practical AI-powered workflows across our e-commerce and CRM operations. The initial focus will be on understanding our existing tools and business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and building reliable integrations that reduce repetitive manual work and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Review existing e-commerce, CRM, and business workflows. Identify practical opportunities for AI integration and process automation. Design and implement workflows using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as n8n or Make. Integrate LLM-powered features for customer support, lead qualification, information extraction, and internal knowledge retrieval where appropriate. Test workflows, handle errors, document implementations, and recommend improvements. Provide ongoing technical guidance as our automation needs evolve. Required Skills Experience with AI integrations and LLM APIs. Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Make. Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms. Ability to evaluate solutions pragmatically and explain technical trade-offs. Experience with Python, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents is a plus. This is a long-term, part-time engagement with a maximum expected commitment of 5 hours per week. We prefer a practical, iterative approach, starting with a clearly defined initial task and expanding the scope based on actual business needs.
