AI / Machine Learning Engineer

About the job We are building a technical team to develop software solutions in the medical field. We are looking for specialists who want to work in a small team, making a direct impact on the product, with a strong focus on quality, data security, and scientific rigor. OPEN POSITIONS: 1. Technical Lead -Technical coordination of the team, system and data flow architecture, planning and tracking deliverables, quality assurance -Over 5 years of experience in developing artificial intelligence / machine learning systems (target range: 5–10 years) -Technical team leadership experience; Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow 2. Machine Learning / Data Science Expert -Dataset preparation, model development and training, statistical validation, and error analysis -Minimum 2 years of experience in machine learning / data science -Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow), solid knowledge of statistics 3. Computer Vision Expert -Development and training of deep learning models on image data, quality control of image datasets, performance evaluation -Minimum 2 years of experience in computer vision / deep learning -Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV 4. Full-stack / Mobile Software Developer -iOS and Android mobile applications, backend services and APIs, API integrations, data security and protection (GDPR) -Minimum 2 years of experience in software development -Native or Flutter / React Native; Python, Node.js, or Java; cloud services (AWS or Google Cloud) Mandatory Requirements (All Positions) -University degree in the field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics-Informatics, Bioinformatics, or similar) -Professional working proficiency in English Nice to Have -Master's or Ph.D. degree in the field -Experience in R&D (Research & Development) projects -Experience with regulated software (e.g., IEC 62304) What We Offer -Attractive compensation package, commensurate with experience -24-month employment contract -Full-time or part-time options compatible with other professional commitments -100% remote work -Direct impact on the product and a genuine research component -Bachelor's degree (as listed)
