AI Mobile App Development (MVP) for "Make My Day: Personalized Motivation" - Flutter/React Native

We are looking for an experienced mobile development agency or a senior full-stack developer to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a highly personalized personal development application named "Make My Day: Daily Wind".The app is specifically designed for high-potential, capable individuals who have great ideas but struggle with indecision, analysis paralysis, and procrastination. It aims to provide them with a "wind in their back" to take action across various life areas (business, sports, arts, or general life).The app must be cross-platform (iOS & Android) built using Flutter or React Native.Key Features required for MVP:AI-Driven Actionable Onboarding: A smart 60-second questionnaire where users select their specific goal, area of life, their main obstacle (perfectionism, feeling overwhelmed, fear), and preferred motivational tone.Dynamic Daily AI Generation: The backend must connect to OpenAI API (or similar) to dynamically generate a unique daily package for each user based on their onboarding profile.
