About This Role We are hiring a builder who lives in Replit and AI coding tools every day and ships fast, working interfaces, not internal plumbing. You care how a screen feels, not just whether the data is correct. You would rather ship something rough today and iterate tomorrow than spend a week getting it perfect before anyone sees it. You can also wire GoHighLevel, Zapier, or n8n automations when the tool needs a backend, but design and speed come first. What You Will Build Fast, clean interfaces for internal tools and candidate facing pages that people actually enjoy using Rapid prototypes that go from idea to something clickable in days Polish passes on existing tools that make them feel less like internal software and more like a real product Lead routing and automation across GoHighLevel, Zapier, and n8n when the work calls for it Who We Are Looking For You ship fast and you have real taste, you can look at a screen and say exactly what is wrong with it You use Replit and AI coding tools as your daily way of building, not a novelty You have a portfolio of things you actually launched, not just started Strong with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind Native or near native English, this is a hard requirement Based in the US, Canada, or Australia Available 30 plus hours a week, this is not a side gig role Independent freelancer, we do not work with agencies or staffing teams on this role How To Apply Send us 2 to 3 things you have shipped, live links or screenshots, and tell us what took the longest to get right on each one.
