AI-Powered Career Platform | MERN Stack & Next.js & OpenAI API

Overview The website will be having 3 users: Candidates, Employers, and Admin. Candidates will be able to register and login over the platform and can build their CV from the templates available. They can browse or search for jobs and can apply for the same. They can also book courses and can have sessions externally. They will get multiple pre-guided content in the form of video and documents. They can also take assessment and can get the score result at the end. Employers will be able to list the jobs and can take subscription to unlock the CVs. They can also search for candidates and can get their CV unlock to reach them. Admin will be able to manage the candidates, employers, coaches, content, subscription, CV templates, courses, bookings, pre-defined content, assessment etc. Some characteristics of the system are being highlighted here:  The platform will be in Arabic and English.  3 CV templates will be available for candidates for free download  Dashboard for both Employers & Candidates  Database for both Employers & Candidates to manage jobs’ & applications’ status respectively  Videos, documents, timed assessments and presentations will be available for candidates Users – Candidates The users would be considered the front-end user on website and would be allowed to register over the platform. The following modules will be available under user account.  Registration: The users would be allowed to register on the platform by submitting the following details: ✓ First &Family Name ✓ Email Address – Mandatory (Verification) ✓ Gender ✓ Status (Student/Employed and so) ✓ Country ✓ Password ✓ Confirm password ✓ Accept Terms & Conditions (Check Box) – Option to Read the Same ✓ Submit button  Login: User would be able to login over the platform by: ✓ Email Address ✓ Password ✓ Keep user logged-in on the platform, until unless manual logout action performed. ✓ Update/Forgot Password: In case of user forgot their password, and then they have to provide the registered email address to receive password reset link.  Homepage  Manage Profile: Users will be able to manage profile: ✓ Picture ✓ Name ✓ Personal Profile and CV (Option to export as PDF) ✓ Status ✓ Interests ✓ Career identity - Assessment results  Career Roadway Gate: In this gate users will be able to get the career counselling. Following modules will be covered under this module: The Course will further be divided under: • Self-awareness: • Market Awareness • Decision Making Note: The course will be having Videos, Articles &Document, respective to each category. The time limit of course will be around 50 minutes-1 hour and it will include multiple videos with small clips. Assessment: The website will also be having different type of assessment – Planned with static data. 2 of them would be Objective and remaining 2 Subjective types. ✓ Career values ✓ Career interests ✓ Motivated skills ✓ Personality type ✓ Aptitude Assessments (timed) ✓ Standout Assessments (mandatory to issues certificates) Note: Users will get scores after the assessment and will be also visible to the user’s profile. The Candidate can just see the answers being made by the candidate. Scores and equations will be using in programming.  CV Builder: Users will be able to edit their CV in the template (only 3) over the web. They can fill the details such as job title, experience, previous working companies, personal details, bio, education, certifications and all. Users can download the CV in pdf format.  Dashboard: ✓ Manage Profile – As defined above ✓ Reports – Total Assessments taken ✓ Assessment Results ✓ Recent Activities  Subscription: There will be different type of subscriptions for users. These plans will have different features and pricing. They can get over the system only in pdf form. Each course will be followed by Assessment for certificate to be issued. There will be different plans from which users can get the candidate details such as 1 month plan- 30 CV unlock, 2 months plan- 70 CV unlock and so.  Search Candidates: Users will be able to browse or search for jobs and can view their profile. They can unlock their CV (paid feature) and can contact the candidate as per the details given.  Notifications: Users will be able to view all the notifications over the platform. They will be notified for multiple operations: ✓ Any CV received ✓ If any CV unlocked. ✓ Job status update. ✓ Subscription update.  Dashboard:  Manage Profile  Logout  Help and Support Backend The platform will be available with a custom developed admin section through which Master admin would be allowed to control and monitor end-users’ activities.  Login: Login through secured login credentials (email address & password), defined during programming. Option to update the password through global setting or password reset link on email address.  Admin Dashboard: Interactive graphical representation of users, templates, subscription, pre-defined content, coach, categories and all. Side panel to access all modules available under admin panel.  User Management:  View/Add/Delete/Update any user account: Employer/Candidate  Suspend/Resume any user account  Add New User  Add Name  Add Email Address  Submit  Run searches for specific user accounts by  Specific keywords  User Type  Account date or date range  Reporting and Analytics: The admin will also be allowed to run reports on the platform.
