We’re looking for a hands-on AI power user, builder, and problem solver — someone who actively experiments with the latest AI tools, agents, automations, and emerging technologies, and knows how to turn them into practical business solutions. This is not a traditional IT role, and it is not a theoretical AI position. We want someone who can understand how our business operates, identify opportunities to work smarter, prototype quickly, and implement AI-powered solutions that measurably improve productivity. 🎯 Your mission: Help make TPAC an AI-first organization by continuously finding, building, and implementing smarter ways of working. 🛠️ What you’ll work on: Researching, testing, and evaluating emerging AI tools, platforms, agents, and capabilities Building AI-powered workflows, automations, and agents across the business Improving lead capture, CRM automation, client profiling, email workflows, flight request processing, quotations, supplier follow-up, document processing, research, reporting, and internal knowledge sharing Mapping repetitive or inefficient processes and redesigning them using AI and automation Connecting AI tools with existing business applications using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms Building lightweight internal tools and practical prototypes Helping employees adopt AI through tools, prompts, workflows, guides, and training Measuring impact through time saved, improved accuracy, faster turnaround, and reduced manual work 👤 We’re looking for someone who: Is genuinely passionate about AI and emerging technology Regularly experiments with new AI tools and platforms Has hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, workflows, and integrations Understands LLMs, prompt engineering, and practical AI use cases Has experience with platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar Understands APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and automation logic Is comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and emerging alternatives Has experience with custom AI assistants, agentic workflows, knowledge bases, RAG, OCR, dashboards, or AI-assisted reporting Can quickly understand business processes and redesign them intelligently Is resourceful, analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable figuring things out independently Can explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical teams 💻 Useful technical skills include: AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, MCP, Python, JavaScript, databases, CRM integrations, knowledge bases, RAG, OCR, AI analytics, reporting, and low-code/no-code development. You do not need to know every tool.
