AI Program Manager – Technology

What does it take to turn an AI idea into something a team can actually deliver? We’re looking for an AI Program Manager to help coordinate and drive technology projects involving AI, software, data, and automation. You’ll work across engineering, AI, product, and business teams to keep projects moving from early planning through delivery. You’ll help establish priorities, coordinate timelines, manage dependencies, track risks, and make sure teams have a clear understanding of what needs to happen next. The right person should have a strong professional background in technology, software, AI/ML, or technical project management, along with real experience working on technology projects. We’re particularly interested in people who have been involved with generative AI, machine learning, AI-powered applications, automation, data platforms, APIs, or similar technologies. You don’t need to be an expert in every AI technology. What matters is that you understand how modern software and AI projects work and can communicate effectively with the people responsible for building them. Communication is a big part of the role. You’ll need to be comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers and AI professionals while keeping project goals, priorities, and progress clear to everyone involved. We’re looking for someone who is organized, curious, practical, and comfortable taking ownership when a project gets complicated. Your background might be in project management, software development, engineering, AI, data, product, or another technical field. What matters most is your combination of technical understanding, real project experience, and the ability to bring people and priorities together. This position is 100% remote, with no hybrid or office requirements. Candidates must currently be located in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
