AI Specialist / Software Developer for an AI-Powered Real Estate Acquisitions Platform We’re looking for a highly technical AI specialist to help design and build custom software for a real estate acquisitions business. The goal is to use AI, automation, and intelligent data processing to streamline workflows and support better decision-making. No real estate experience is necessary. The priority is strong technical ability and proven experience building AI-powered software. We’ll provide the industry knowledge and business direction. You’ll help translate that into a functioning platform. What You’ll Do Design and develop an AI-powered platform, taking features from initial concept through testing and deployment. Build AI integrations, automated workflows, data-processing tools, and connections between external systems, APIs, and databases. Recommend the right technical approach, solve complex implementation challenges, and improve the platform’s reliability and capabilities over time. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, including work with large language models, AI agents, or intelligent automation. We’re looking for hands-on development experience, not simply familiarity with using existing AI tools. Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable languages, with experience working with APIs, databases, and backend systems. Ability to connect AI capabilities to practical software features, including data extraction, analysis, and workflow automation. An independent builder who can work through loosely defined requirements, communicate clearly, and take ownership of execution. Experience with full-stack development, cloud deployment, data pipelines, and building custom internal tools is a strong plus.
