About The Role We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Architect who has practical experience using Grok Bot, AI agents, automation tools and integration platforms to build business operating systems. This is not a traditional AI consultant role. We are not looking for someone who can explain what AI can do. We need someone who has actually built AI-powered systems that connect business platforms, analyse data, automate workflows and create useful operational dashboards. The objective is to build an AI intelligence layer across our business systems using Grok Bot and AI agents so our team has better visibility, faster decision-making and less manual administration. The right person will determine: What systems should connect What data should flow where What should be automated What should remain human What AI agents should manage Your Mission Build a suite of AI agents using Grok Bot and supporting AI tools that can: Connect our systems Analyse business data Maintain dashboards Identify opportunities Detect issues Provide operational insights Automate reporting Key Responsibilities 1. Build Our AI Intelligence Layer You will design and build AI agents that can: ✅ Access required business data ✅ Analyse performance ✅ Create reports ✅ Identify trends ✅ Answer business questions ✅ Produce dashboards ✅ Support management decisions Example: "How many roofing leads did we receive this month?" Connect Our Systems Using AI + Integration Platforms You must understand how to make systems communicate. AI Revenue Intelligence & Attribution Build dashboards around: Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) Track: Marketing spend vs revenue generated. AI should help answer: Are we spending money in the right places? Which channels create profitable customers? Which services have the highest return? Where should budget increase? 5.
