AI Voice Agent Developer Needed – Fix & Optimize Call-Receiving AI Agent

I’m looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent developer to help me troubleshoot, fix, and optimize an AI agent that is designed to receive and handle phone calls automatically. The AI agent has already been built, but it is currently experiencing issues and needs someone who understands voice AI systems to identify the problems and get it working properly. ### What I Need Help With - Troubleshoot the existing AI voice agent - Fix issues with incoming calls - Ensure the AI agent can properly answer and respond to callers - Check the voice conversation flow and improve it where necessary - Fix any issues with call routing, voice recognition, or AI responses - Test the agent thoroughly with multiple calls - Optimize the agent for a smooth and natural conversation - Make sure the system is reliable and ready for production Ideal Candidate You should have experience with: - AI voice agents - Conversational AI - Voice APIs and telephony systems - Twilio or similar platforms - OpenAI APIs - Speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems - Webhooks and API integrations - Debugging existing AI automation workflows Experience with platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, Twilio, n8n, Make, or similar tools is a strong advantage. Important This is not a project where you need to build everything from scratch. The AI agent already exists. I mainly need someone who can identify what is wrong, fix it, test it, and make sure it works reliably. Please include examples of AI voice agents or phone-call automation systems you have worked on when applying.
