API Integration Specialist - Zapier / Webhooks (Sprout Studio to Helcim Payment Link Automation)

I am looking for an automation developer to bridge a workflow gap between Sprout Studio and my payment gateway, Helcim, using Zapier or Make.com. Sprout Studio does not have an open API to pull live invoice balances on demand, so we need to create a "push" automation system that eliminates manual client data entry. The Scope of Work: 1. Trigger: When a new booking or shoot is created in Sprout Studio, catch the event via Zapier. 2. Link Generation: Use a custom Webhook/Code step in Zapier to hit the Helcim API. It must pass the exact client details, dollar amount, and Sprout Invoice ID to auto-generate a unique Helcim Payment Link. 3. Update: Deliver this custom link to the client or log it in the Sprout transaction record. 4. Reconciliation: Set up a webhook listener for Helcim. When a successful payment occurs, Zapier must automatically log an "Offline / Custom Merchant Payment" in Sprout Studio to mark that specific invoice as "Paid." Requirements: • Proven experience with Zapier (Webhooks by Zapier, Custom Code Steps using JavaScript or Python). • Experience working with REST APIs and payment gateways (Helcim, Stripe, or Square API experience is a huge plus). • Excellent English communication skills. • Ability to provide a brief video overview or test proof when the system is complete.
