Arabic Educational Skills Assessment Platform (Grades 1–12)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to build an Arabic educational skills assessment and training platform for schools, covering Grades 1–12. The platform will organize educational content by Grade → Subject → Topic → Skill. Each skill will be connected to a library of assessment and practice questions. Students will answer questions, and the system will calculate and maintain an individual mastery/rating for each skill. Teachers will use dashboards to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted practice to improve weak skills. Main Requirements Arabic-first interface with full RTL support Grades 1–12 Student, Teacher, School/Admin roles Subjects, topics and skills Question bank linked to individual skills Student assessments and practice Automatic skill/mastery rating Teacher dashboard showing strengths and weaknesses Student progress tracking over time Class and individual student reports Scalable database architecture Responsive web application for computers and tablets We are particularly interested in developers with previous experience building LMS, EdTech, assessment, question-bank, school, or student analytics platforms. Please include examples of similar systems you have developed and briefly explain the technology stack you recommend for this project. The first phase will focus on an MVP, with additional features planned for later phases.
