Arduino-based Wood Boiler Control System

Hello, I have the equivalent to an Arduino Mega 2560 and I am not a programmer. I have 128 x 64 Dot Matrix LCD made by Duinotech. I have 2 thermocouples attached to MAX6675. I also have 4 relays on a PCB to turn on with 5VDC and a separate 12VDC power supply to power my Mega 2560 from Keyestudio...
