Automate price monitoring

-Collect prices from several online stores. -The system should allow me to quickly find a product and mark it for further tracking. -Send notifications about price drops to my phone (via Telegram or WhatsApp) and by email. There should be a user interface — it can be simple and clear, with no design work needed. It does not need to be especially fast, but it should be stable and require minimal involvement from me. Please include in your proposal which technologies you would use and what challenges might come up.
