B2B SDR / Appointment Setter for Consulting Firm — Cold calling, LinkedIn & email

Title: SDR Needed to Book Qualified Meetings for Healthcare Consulting I run a small healthcare consulting firm that helps medical practices get more out of Athena EMR. I’m looking for an experienced SDR or appointment setter who can help me connect with the right practices and book qualified discovery calls. I already have a targeted list of approximately 1,000 medical practices that use Athena, with the decision-makers identified and contact information included. You will not be responsible for building a lead list from scratch. Your role is to take that list and turn it into conversations. I’m open to your approach, whether that includes phone, email, LinkedIn, or a combination of channels. I’m looking for someone who understands outbound sales, communicates professionally, follows up well, and knows how to get the right person interested enough to have a real conversation. I care much more about quality than volume. I’m not looking for someone to simply send hundreds of generic messages or book meetings with people who have little interest. I’d rather have fewer conversations with strong potential clients. We’ll start with a smaller group of prospects so we can see what works, adjust the messaging if needed, and make sure we work well together. If things go well, there is plenty of opportunity to continue working through the larger list. This position will include hourly compensation, along with an additional bonus for any meeting you generate that ultimately becomes a paying client. Healthcare experience is helpful, but it is not required. Strong B2B outbound sales and appointment-setting experience is more important.
