Bail Verify Platform Development

We are building Bail Verify, a B2B speed-underwriting platform for commercial bail bond agencies. The product automates background checks and collateral vetting, replacing a 30-45 minute manual cross-referencing process with a sub-30-second automated risk report. We need a developer to help build and refine this platform, improve workflow efficiency, and support ongoing product development for a growing legal and financial services business. I have attached a detailed summary with the APIs and scrapers that I believe we would need to complete this project (I have not yet signed up for subscriptions for the APIs yet).
