TITLE: Bilingual (EN/ES) AI Video Toolkit Developer for Claude Code DESCRIPTION: I need a developer to build a toolkit (delivered as a .zip) that lets Claude Code generate explainer videos automatically in English and Spanish. The user opens Claude Code in the project folder and types "make a video about (topic) in Spanish". Claude then writes the script as scenes, draws everything in code, adds the voiceover and subtitles, animates the scenes and exports an MP4. STYLE: Flat, minimalist 2D explainer look: simple characters, solid-color backgrounds, fast cuts. All characters, backgrounds and graphics must be 100% original and drawn in code. DELIVERABLES: 1. A CLAUDE.md file and a skill (SKILL.md in .claude/skills/) that teach Claude step by step how to make a video: scene scripting, available pieces, pacing rules, commands to run, how to check the result. 2. A code-based drawing library: parametric characters (12+ poses, 6+ expressions), 20 backgrounds, 40 icons and props, arrows and frames, large on-screen text and numbers. 3. Code-based animation: slide-in, slow zoom, bounce, blinking, simple mouth sync, cut and fade transitions. 4. A documented scene JSON format plus a validator with clear error messages. 5. A one-command renderer: scene JSON plus narration audio in, subtitles and background music added, 1920x1080 MP4 at 30 fps out. 6. English and Spanish support: language as a parameter, a voice per language through a voice service (for example ElevenLabs) using the user's own API key in a .env file, or recorded audio; .srt subtitles per language; fonts with full Spanish characters; text that auto-fits (Spanish is usually longer). 7. A one-command install and check script that says what is missing. 8. A step-by-step user guide in English and Spanish for non-technical users: screenshots, troubleshooting, example prompts, how to add API keys. 9. A short terms-of-use file for end users. 10. 3 sample videos with their JSON: one in English, one in Spanish, one rendered in both. REQUIREMENTS: - Works on Mac and Windows. - Renders a 2-3 minute video in a reasonable time on a normal computer. - All libraries, fonts and assets must be licensed for commercial redistribution (MIT, Apache, BSD or similar). Please include a list of dependencies with their licenses. If you propose Remotion, confirm that its license allows this use. - Full transfer of rights. Clean, commented code. HOW WE'LL WORK (fixed price, every milestone is paid): - Milestone 1, paid test ($[AMOUNT]): one character with 4 poses across 3 scenes, with a sample voiceover in English and Spanish, rendered to MP4 from a JSON file. - Milestone 2, MVP: one character with 6+ poses, 5 backgrounds, renderer, voice in both languages, and the skill working end to end in Claude Code. - Milestone 3, full toolkit: everything above, including the user guide and sample videos. - Up to 2 rounds of revisions per milestone.
