Braze Solutions Engineer (CRM)

I'm looking for a hands-on Braze Engineer for one of my clients who can build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot enterprise loyalty programmes at scale. This is not a campaign-calendar role. I need someone who can work deeply with: 🔹 Braze Canvas & multi-step journeys 🔹 Liquid & dynamic JSON payloads 🔹 REST APIs, webhooks & authentication 🔹 Braze Catalogs & reward/mission logic 🔹 Custom attributes & event structures 🔹 CDPs such as mParticle, Segment or similar 🔹 JSON, REST, SQL & scripting (Python/JavaScript/Shell) 🔹 QA → UAT → Production deployments 🔹 Debugging live integrations and data flows What I’m looking for: • 4–6 years in Marketing Automation, CRM Engineering or CDP implementation • 2+ years of hands-on Braze experience • Strong Liquid and API integration skills • Experience working with enterprise-scale programmes • Strong technical documentation and troubleshooting skills
