Build a voice AI executive assistant (Claude + Microsoft 365 + phone calls)

I'm in a corporate strategy role at a label and packaging manufacturer with plants in Langley BC, Phoenix AZ and Charlotte NC. I'm on the road a lot and I want a real personal assistant. Think Jarvis. I already use Claude daily with Microsoft 365, Read AI and HubSpot connected. It's great when I'm sitting at a screen. I want something I can talk to on the phone, and that can reach out to me. What it needs to do (phase 1): 1. Phone. A dedicated number I can call from my cell (or car) and talk to it naturally. It can also call or text me when something needs my attention. 2. Email. Read, summarize and search my Outlook (Microsoft 365). Draft replies in my voice. Send only after I say yes. 3. Calendar. Tell me what's coming up, book and move meetings, find time with people. 4. Memory. Knows my people, projects and open to-dos, and keeps them current across conversations. 5. Proactive. Morning brief, end of day recap, and a heads-up when certain people (my CEO etc) email something urgent. 6. Meetings. Pull Read AI transcripts and turn them into action items and follow-up emails. Phase 2 (quote separately): HubSpot, Teams, SharePoint files, and a second copy for my CEO. Tech I expect, open to your recommendation: Claude API (Anthropic) as the brain. Twilio or similar for voice/SMS, with low-latency speech. Microsoft Graph for Outlook/calendar. Hosted somewhere secure we own (Azure preferred). Must haves: 1. Security. This touches company email. Least privilege access, no data stored with third parties beyond what's needed, our IT manager signs off before go-live. 2. Nothing gets sent, booked or deleted without my confirmation. 3. Code, accounts and documentation handed over to us at the end. We own it. 4. Simple way for me to change its instructions without a developer. In your proposal please include: 1.
