Build Maestro: AI-Powered Service Operations Platform (MVP) THE OPPORTUNITY We're building Maestro, an AI-powered operations platform for appliance repair technicians in Bogotá. Think of it as an "all-in-one OS" that automates lead generation, job scheduling, customer communication, and payments—so technicians focus only on repairs and earning money. This is a validation-phase project: we're proving market demand with real users, then scaling. You'll be building the MVP that enables this. THE SCOPE What you're building (in priority order): WhatsApp Chatbot (Claude AI-powered) Accepts customer job requests via WhatsApp Routes to available technicians based on location/rating Sends reminders, collects feedback Powered by Claude AI for smart responses Lead Generation System Google Business Profile auto-posting (3x/week) Auto-capture leads into pipeline Qualification logic (basic filtering) Job Routing & Scheduling Automated assignment to nearest available tech Google Calendar sync for technician availability Real-time status updates Payment Processing Wompi integration for invoicing/payments Auto-payout to technicians Payment reminders & tracking Reporting Dashboards Technician earnings & job stats Lead sources & conversion rates Daily/weekly/monthly reports Built with Google Sheets + Airtable views TECH STACK (Non-negotiable) Make.com - Automation/workflow orchestration (core backbone) Airtable - Database + basic UI for tables Claude API - WhatsApp chatbot intelligence WhatsApp Business API - Customer messaging Wompi API - Payment processing Google Business Profile API - Auto-posting Google Sheets - Reporting/dashboards Backend - Node.js or Python (your choice; APIs to tie systems) Why this stack: No-code/low-code = faster MVP, fewer moving parts, easier to iterate during validation. DELIVERABLES By end of project, you'll hand off: ✅ Fully configured Make.com workflows (documented) ✅ Airtable base with schema, views, and automations ✅ WhatsApp chatbot live and integrated with Claude API ✅ Wompi payment flow tested end-to-end ✅ Google Business Profile auto-posting setup ✅ Reporting dashboards (Google Sheets + Airtable) ✅ Simple backend API (if needed for custom logic) ✅ Setup documentation & runbook for future maintenance ✅ Deployed and live (ready to test with real users) IDEAL CANDIDATE You have: ✅ 5+ years building platforms/integrations ✅ Experience with API integration (multiple systems) ✅ Chatbot development experience ✅ Bonus: Make.com, Airtable, or no-code automation ✅ Bonus: WhatsApp or Twilio bot experience ✅ Comfortable moving fast in validation/startup mode ✅ Proactive problem-solver (things will break; you fix them) Communication: You're responsive (replies within 24h), ask clarifying questions, and don't disappear mid-project. IMPORTANT NOTES ⚠️ This is an MVP, not a polished product. We're validating demand with real technicians. Requirements may evolve based on feedback. You'll need to iterate—not overthink perfection. ⚠️ Validation mindset: We're not building for 100k users yet. We're building for 5 technicians to prove it works. Scale comes later. ⚠️ You own the architecture. How you wire Make → Airtable → APIs is your call. We trust your judgment. Document it so future devs can maintain it. SUCCESS CRITERIA By launch, the system must: ✅ Accept 10 customer requests week via WhatsApp ✅ Route all of jobs within 1 hour of request ✅ Process payments to 5 technicians without manual intervention ✅ Generate reports showing revenue, jobs, technician earnings ✅ Run with 1 hour a week manual maintenance
