Canva Course Workbook Designer for Family Financial Education Program

We are looking for an experienced Canva designer to create a polished, professional course workbook for Money Mindset Academy, a financial education platform for families. The first project is The Family Money PATH, a family financial education course designed to help parents and children develop healthier money conversations, habits, and decision-making skills. The good news: you will NOT be starting from scratch. We already have: Complete course framework and workbook content Approximately 50-page target structure Money Mindset Academy branding and logo Existing Canva workbook templates/layouts Several premium AI-generated sample pages showing the visual direction we like Cover design and visual concepts Brand colors and overall aesthetic direction We need a designer who can take these materials and turn them into one cohesive, professional, easy-to-use workbook. The workbook will include a mix of: Educational/content pages Reflection exercises Conversation prompts Assessments Action plans Brainstorming pages Family activities Habit/check-in trackers Progress reviews Module opening/closing pages Other interactive worksheets The final workbook should feel warm, premium, approachable, family-friendly, and educational without looking childish. Important design goal We have AI-generated concept pages that establish a premium visual direction, along with simpler Canva worksheet templates we've developed. We do NOT expect you to simply copy either one. We want you to use these materials as creative direction and develop a consistent design system that works across the entire workbook, including content-heavy pages and practical worksheets. Deliverables: Initial design direction/sample of 3–5 representative pages for approval before designing the full workbook. Approximately 50-page completed course workbook Fully designed in Canva Fully editable Canva source file Print-ready PDF Consistent fonts, colors, spacing, icons, headers, footers, and page numbering Reusable page styles/components where appropriate Organized Canva file that can serve as a foundation for future Money Mindset Academy courses The finished Canva design must remain editable so that text, exercises, images, and other content can be updated later. What we're looking for Strong experience with: Canva Workbook / guide / educational material design Multi-page document and layout design Creating visual consistency across many different page types Designing attractive worksheets that remain functional and easy to complete Please include examples of workbooks, course materials, guides, journals, planners, or similar multi-page projects you've designed. We're particularly interested in seeing projects that combine polished visual design with functional worksheets. Timeline Ideally, we would like the project completed within approximately 2–4 weeks, including revisions. Potential ongoing work Money Mindset Academy plans to develop additional educational courses. If this project goes well, we would like to establish a relationship with a designer who can help us create future course workbooks and related educational materials.
