# Long-Term Full-Stack Developer for Existing Custom CRM – VS Code & Claude Code We are looking for a reliable full-stack developer to help us continuously expand and improve our existing custom-built CRM system. This is not a standard website project, a template-based CRM, or a system that needs to be built from scratch. We already have a functioning platform with a substantial codebase. The system is actively used within our company and is continuously being expanded with new features, workflows, automations, integrations, and user roles. You can visit **subsidieadviesnederland.nl** to get a better understanding of our business. ## About the CRM The system supports multiple parts of our daily operation, including: * Lead and appointment management * Sales pipelines and customer files * Scheduling and planning * Advisor and back-office workflows * Partner and contractor portals * Document and photo management * Invoicing and administration * Automated emails and notifications * Reporting, targets, and performance dashboards * Internal task management The current technology stack includes React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Express, tRPC, Drizzle, and MariaDB. ## What You Will Be Doing You will work within the existing codebase and help us with: * Developing new CRM features and modules * Improving existing workflows and functionality * Fixing bugs and technical issues * Building automations and third-party integrations * Improving usability and performance * Testing changes before they are implemented * Maintaining clean, stable, and understandable code * Translating operational requirements into practical technical solutions * Helping us make technical decisions as the system grows We work with **VS Code and Claude Code**, so experience with AI-assisted development is important. However, we are not looking for someone who simply generates code without understanding it. You must be able to review, debug, test, and improve the code produced. ## What We Are Looking For * Strong experience with full-stack web development * Experience with React and TypeScript * Experience with Node.js and backend development * Experience working with relational databases * Comfortable working in an existing and growing codebase * Experience using Git and structured development workflows * Experience with VS Code and Claude Code * Able to work independently from clear tasks and specifications * Proactive in identifying problems and suggesting improvements * Good communication in English * Careful with production systems and customer data * Available for multiple hours per week on an ongoing basis Experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, API integrations, email systems, invoicing software, or AI-assisted development is a strong advantage. ## Long-Term Collaboration We are specifically looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration. There is already a substantial amount of work available, and the platform will continue to grow alongside the company. We prefer to build a stable working relationship with one developer who learns our system and business processes, rather than repeatedly hiring different people for individual tasks.
